Dr. A. Shahid Hadi
Managing Partner
Dr. A. Shahid Hadi is a holder of Ph.D. in Accounting and an accomplished Corporate Executive for more than 39 years of experience in assurance, accounting, audit and business management including 4 years as area in-charge for one of the Big 4. He is the Managing Director of Alliott Shahid Hadi Chartered Accountants and a Managing Partner of Alliott Management Consulting.

He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Pakistan (ICAP). Dr. Shahid is a Certified Fraud Examiner from USA; fellow of the Institute of Financial Accountants, fellow Member of British Institute of Management, affiliate Member of Association of International Accountants, Member of Institute of Islamic Banking and Insurance, UK, Member of Institute of Internal Auditors-UAE Chapter, Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, Chartered Business Consultant (Canada), Chartered Financial Consultant (Canada) and a member of Accountants & Auditors Association, UAE.
Dr. A. Shahid Hadi is one the Board of Directors and Trustee with various Professional, Social and Charitable Organizations in United Arab Emirates, Pakistan and Internationally, Member Advisory Board of Alliott Group-EMEA and President of few charitable hospitals and schools in Pakistan.

Former member of Abu Dhabi Council for Economic Development. Member of Montana Society of Certified Public Accountants and fellow member of the Institute of International Financial Accountants (UK).
Board Member of American Business Group Abu Dhabi (AmCham Abu Dhabi). President of Pakistan Business Professional Council-Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Mohiuddin Hashmi
ACCREDITATION: Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan
Mr. Mohiuddin is head of AHS Pakistan and Afghanistan operations. He is also leading the Marketing function of the firm.
With over 25 years of experience, he has led various Audit, Assurance, internal audit, due diligence, tax planning, tax compliance, advisory and corporate engagements in the private and public sectors including local and multinational companies. He has an extensive knowledge of corporate laws applicable in Pakistan.
He also led the corporate and finance teams in Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, China, Indonesia, Philippine and Egypt.
Mr. Aejaz Ahmed
Director – Audit & Assurance, Tax and Consultant
Mr. Aejaz Ahmed is registered with Dubai Municipality as a Consultant for HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) & Food Hygiene Courses. He is a certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 14001. He has 20 years’ experience working in quality-related positions in Water and Food Industries. He is also a trainer for ISO 9001, ISO14001 and HACCP courses. His a Director Consulting of Alliott Shahid Hadi – chartered accountants, Alliott Consulting Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. Management Consultants, Karachi, Pakistan. Mr. Aejaz is a Bachelor Degree in Science and has a degree in law.
Also, he received professional certificates in accounting, tax & corporate Laws. His work experience covers 30 years with Alliott Consulting Pakistan Offices: Management Consulting, Feasibility studies with financial projections, economic viability of projects & advisory and Market research, market research of products, shares and advisory.
Corporate law consultancy: Company formation, liquidation, Public issues of shares, Prospectus, Arrangement of finances for equity participation, bankers to Issues, Underwriters and Listing in Stock Exchanges etc.

Syed Imran Ahmed, CPA

His expertise spans audit and assurance services for large and mid-sized corporate organizations, with extensive experience advising multinational corporations, private family groups, petrochemical companies, construction and contracting firms, and foreign branch offices. In addition, he has over 36 years of experience providing tax advisory services, helping businesses navigate complex regulatory and compliance requirements while supporting their long-term financial objectives.
Samir Ahmed Shahid, CPA
Director — Financial Consultant International Projects & UAE
A Certified Public Accountant with extensive expertise in project feasibility studies, business advisory, and corporate structuring and company formation across the UAE. He is certified by the Chartered Association of Business Administrators (Canada) and the Institute of Financial Consultants (Canada), and is a member of the Accounting and Auditing Association – UAE. As an advisory management lead, he has successfully directed engagements in ISO 9000 certification and Digital Marketing Consultancy, helping organizations enhance operational efficiency, achieve quality standards, and strengthen their business growth strategies.
